GoToMeeting Support Session:
In some situations it is easier to see online how something is done. With that in mind we have implemented a Support Session connection directly with our support personnel. When a Support Technician directs you to use this service click on the "GoToMeeting" link below and after the software loads the support technician will supply you with a support ID. After the connection is made you will be able to see the support technician's screen. The support technician also has the capabilities to allow you to run the software on the support technician's computer.
