INTELITASK - Barcode Printing & Scanning (FREE with every INTELITASK)

Create your own Barcode labels and apply the labels to your Assets for easy identification and Barcode Scanning.

Using INTELITASK, scan the Barcode and bring up the Asset, Power and Cable Information.

Free USB 2 Scanner (CS1504 - Symbol Enterprise Product - a Motorola Business Unit)

To setup the scanner hardware click here.

Setup your Barcode Encoding, in the Administration module.

Choose the barcode label(s) you wish to print

Select (or create your own) label format and Printer

Print a sheet of labels, or an individual label (e.g. Dymo LabelWriter 400).

Apply labels to the Equipment...

Start INTELITASK and click the "Asset Search" toolbar button, this will bring up the "Equipment Inquiry/Edit" dialog box.

Scan the barcode from selected Asset.

The Asset is automatically selected in the "Equipment Inquiry/Edit" dialog box.

Note: If a Location/Drawing wasn't previously selected, a "Global Search" will be performed automatically.

The barcoded Asset appears in the Asset Pane. You may now view the Power and Cable information.

It's just that Easy!
